Service & Employment Law

Overview

With the establishment of the Central Administrative Tribunal under Article 323-A of the Constitution of India, and the Supreme Court's ruling in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India, (1997) 3 SCC 261, the service grievances of Union Government employees fall within the exclusive domain of the Tribunal. Led by Jatin Parashar, Founder and Managing Partner, our team represents clients before the Central Administrative Tribunal's Principal Bench in New Delhi and its coordinate benches at Allahabad, Nainital, and Mumbai, as well as before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Over the past decade, Jatin has handled service disputes spanning appointment, suspension, promotion, and termination, and has represented the Delhi Transport Corporation and the Employees' State Insurance Corporation before the Tribunal's Principal Bench.
