Jatin Parashar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Jatin Parashar Chambers. An Advocate with nearly a decade of experience, he has built a litigation-focused practice with a particular emphasis on service, constitutional, administrative, labour, and civil law.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums, representing government servants, public sector undertakings, corporations, and private individuals in a broad spectrum of contentious and advisory matters.
Jatin's practice encompasses service and employment disputes involving recruitment, promotions, disciplinary proceedings, departmental inquiries, transfers, seniority, pensionary benefits, vigilance matters, and service conditions. He also advises and represents clients in constitutional and administrative law matters, civil disputes, consumer litigation, and appellate proceedings before constitutional courts.
