Constitutional and administrative law are essential streams of public law. We handle litigation on the subject across the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, including matters involving the violation of citizens' Fundamental Rights under Articles 14, 19, and 21, as well as Articles 25, 29, and 30. The team also prepares and argues writ petitions invoking the constitutional writ jurisdiction of the High Courts and the Supreme Court, on behalf of government servants, public sector undertakings, corporations, and private individuals.
