Yagyesh Kumar

Yagyesh Kumar, an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, is a litigation-focused Advocate with extensive practice in civil, criminal, and service law matters.

He regularly appears and argues before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts across Delhi-NCR — including Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida — the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State and District Consumer Commissions, and the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench. His areas of practice include anti-corruption matters under the Prevention of Corruption Act, sexual harassment cases, matrimonial disputes, proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act, cheating and criminal breach of trust, offences under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, contempt proceedings, insurance claims and related disputes, intellectual property rights (IPR) matters, recovery suits, and court-annexed mediation proceedings.

He is, and has been, a briefing counsel to several Senior Advocates, including Sr. Adv. Manu Sharma, Sr. Adv. Tanveer Ahmed Mir, Sr. Adv. Gagan Gupta, and Sr. Adv. Amit Rawal (Retd. Justice of the Kerala High Court).
