Gunjan Singh is a Delhi-based litigator and regulatory advisor with a decade of experience spanning high-stakes court practice and federal enforcement work. Admitted to the Bar in 2016, her practice bridges intense courtroom advocacy with complex white-collar crime investigations, and covers the Companies Act 2013, corporate financial regularities, international and domestic arbitration, and multi-jurisdictional civil litigation. She began her career with the investigation unit at a premier federal fraud agency, and has been associated since 2017 with the chambers of Senior Advocate Neelima Tripathi. She frequently acts as briefing counsel for some of India's most distinguished Senior Advocates, with a strong counsel presence before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and premier federal tribunals.

In white-collar crime, corporate fraud, and enforcement, Gunjan served with the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, where she specialised in uncovering corporate stratagems, financial defaults, and professional misconduct — handling the drafting of federal investigation reports and complaints against white-collar economic offenders, and pursuing corporate fraud complaints against errant professionals before bodies including the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds deep command over the Companies Act 2013, FEMA, DPCO, and the Essential Commodities Act.

In arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, she advises on cross-border international arbitrations centred on trademarks, IP infringement, and proprietary rights, alongside complex domestic commercial arbitrations spanning high-value infrastructure disputes, commercial leases, and engineering and construction contract claims.

Her civil, regulatory, and constitutional litigation practice includes public interest litigation and constitutional writ petitions on public infrastructure, animal welfare, and environmental compliance; corporate restructuring matters — amalgamations, shareholder disputes, and asset splits — before the NCLT and NCLAT, alongside regulatory disputes before the PNGRB and APTEL; indirect tax, customs, and excise appeals before CESTAT; consumer litigation before the NCDRC, SCDRC, and District Consumer Forums; and civil, family, and service law matters spanning title suits, estate and succession disputes, Negotiable Instruments Act filings, and service law before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

She also conducts financial due diligence and legal due diligence for banking institutions and corporate financial organisations, delivering risk-mitigation opinions on commercial portfolios.

As briefing counsel, Gunjan has run litigation strategy, precedent research, and master-brief structuring on constitutional and commercial matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, including Animal Welfare Board of India v. A. Nagaraja (the Jallikattu public interest litigation on animal welfare and constitutional rights), Union of India v. Pfizer Limited (drug price control and pharmaceutical regulation), and Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) v. Ravinder (medical jurisprudence and the Mental Health Act).

She is also active in legal academia, regularly invited as guest faculty to lecture on corporate fraud, litigation mechanics, and civil practice at law schools including JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, and Christ College, Ghaziabad, and contributes to public legal awareness through statutory study materials, academic panel discussions, and radio talks.
